Implant exchange- This 38 year old patient presented with a failed saline implant in her right breast. Her saline implants were 600cc and she expressed that she wanted to replace her old implants with slightly larger saline implants. During the implant exchange Dr. Zavell determined that a volume of 690cc per implant would give the patient her desired results.
